Our Story
Since 2016
Where competence meets quality.
Dillion Training International (DTI) was founded with a singular vision: to empower individuals and uplift communities through high-impact, accessible skills training. Established in Klerksdorp, North West, our journey began with a handful of passionate educators and industry experts who recognised the critical skills gap in mining, construction, engineering and occupational health and safety.
Driven by a deep commitment to social and economic development, DTI initially focused on delivering foundational training to under-privileged communities. Over the years, our operations expanded to include satellite campuses in Carletonville and Rustenburg, enabling us to serve a broader network of learners and organisations across South Africa.
Since inception, we have trained and certified over 3,000 learners, developed strong partnerships with SETA bodies, industry leaders and local employers, and built a reputation for training that is both practical and transformational.
